Biography
Pablo Osses is an associate professor at the UC Geography Institute and director of the Atacama UC Research Station. He holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from the Catholic University of Chile and a PhD in Science from the University of Heidelberg. His research interests include fog as a water resource, spatial models for energy, water resources and models of rurality, and spatial economics. He also serves as a board member of the International Fog and Dew Association.
