Objectives: This research line focuses on the design, monitoring, and evaluation of “smart policies” that are politically viable and grounded in territorial realities. It promotes strategies that foster inclusive growth while balancing competing interests, recognizing the diversity of social, economic, and institutional contexts across regions. By integrating local decision-making processes and evidence-based approaches, the Center aims to support policymakers in developing context-sensitive and sustainable development strategies through a dedicated program of technical assistance.
